This blog will be a place where I would like to share educational and informative articles – some taken from my newsletters, some from working with clients and others written just for this blog. My goal is for each one to be short enough to read within 5 or 10 minutes and to contain solid, practical information you can use in your life.
There will be information based on my 3-D Living Program that addresses the whole person – spirit, soul and body. We consider 4 areas: cleanse/detox; nourish/fuel; intentional exertion/exercise and rest/reboot. Articles will address health from this perspective.
