Walnuts have omega 3 fats and antioxidants that boost brain health. Just a quarter cup of walnuts provides over 90% of the recommended daily value of omega-3 fats! But that’s not all! Some of the other benefits of these delicious nuts are:

WalnutsThey may reduce the risk of breast and prostate cancer as well as diabetes;

Their antioxidants also boost heart health and support healthy cholesterol levels;

As little as 1 oz. a day can improve cardiovascular health;

They are a rich source of minerals;

According to a study by researchers at Penn State University, a diet rich in walnuts and walnut oil may prepare your body to deal better with stress;

    I eat a lot of nuts but not usually walnuts.  I will have to eat more of those Since they sound like the miracle nut.
