Part of my mission as a health coach is to share information that can help keep you and your family healthy. You will want to carefully read this article by the Food Babe. I’ve written before about the dangers of the herbicide glyphosate that much of our produce is contaminated with. You can access 2 of those articles here and here.
If you have children or grandchildren and they eat any of these foods you will want to be aware of these dangers. What caught my attention immediately was that original Cheerios are at the top of the glyphosate contaminated list! Not only are they a traditional first finger food for toddlers, but having gone gluten free, it was my husband’s go-to snack!
She clearly lays out the dangers of consuming foods contaminated with this weed killer and what concerns and alarms me even more is that unless she blew the whistle on this – the companies themselves obviously wouldn’t have told us.
What is even more upsetting is that this chemical is so widely used (even by homeowners killing weeds with Roundup and contaminating air and water!), that it is now showing up in organic foods as well!
I encourage you to share this post with as many people as possible so that this information is no longer hidden.
How do you feel about this toxic herbicide being found in so many common packaged foods?

Ann, it is so sad to see how we are destroying ourselves by ruining our food supply. Thank you for this informative article.
It’s very upsetting to me. Even when you think you are doing well – we learn something else we didn’t know that is compromising our foods.
