Through this blog, my website, newsletters, resources, products and coaching, my 3-part mission is to:
EDUCATE: To provide information on natural, holistic health principles, including wellness strategies in order to maintain vigorous health and prevent disease; suggest strategies regarding specific health challenges and conditions; offer suggestions for improving fitness and designing targeted nutritional plans to meet specific needs (I don’t believe in “diets”); anti-aging information.
I am available to conduct workshops, seminars and to speak in group settings; to provide written material including articles, pamphlets, newsletters and e-books.
ENCOURAGE: Through one-on-one coaching sessions, in person, by telephone, Zoom and email, I provide personalized research, strategies and guidance on building and maintaining wellness and balance. I am committed to helping you achieve your health goals.
EMPOWER: I believe information is power. In Hosea 4:6 God plainly states: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Therefore I can provide information and personal motivation, including resources (websites, suggested reading); meal and menu plans; recipes; healthy exercise and weight loss strategies incorporating the most cutting edge research; suggested quality supplements and other health products; producing and providing newsletters, booklets and other educational material.
If you are properly informed, you are empowered to make the most effective decisions about your own health and wellness. Your health is your responsibility.
